For all cancellation/refund demand, you need to send an email to inscription.cpastlambert@gmail.com and indicate the reason. The cancellation date will be email date.

Regular Season and Spring School

No refunds will be given for cancellations due to winter storms, hail, natural disasters, power outages, or Zambonia outages.

Cancellation before the start of the season

If the cancellation request is made one week (7 days) before the start of the season, registration fees will be refunded, with the exception of Skate Canada fees.

Cancellation after the start of the season (2 weeks)

If the cancellation request is made within 2 weeks (14 days) of the start of the season, i.e., after two lessons, the course fees only, less any lessons already taken, will be refunded. Skate Canada fees and administration fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation after the start of the season (more than 2 weeks)

If the cancellation request is made more than two weeks after the start of the season, i.e., after the third lesson, no refund is possible.

Cancellation with a medical note

If the skater must interrupt skating lessons for a specific period of time for medical reasons, please notify us, but missed lessons will not be refunded.

If the skater must cut their season short, meaning they will not be able to return to lessons until the end of the season, the lesson fees only, less any lessons already taken, will be refunded. Skate Canada fees and administration fees will not be refunded.

 

Summer School

All demands must be transmitted by email 24hrs before the session

If the cancellation request is made one week before the registration deadline, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

No refunds will be granted from the registration deadline date, unless a medical certificate is provided.
